The Foundation for the Long Beach Symphony was created in 1983 to establish an Endowment Fund to assure the orchestra’s financial security for generations to come. Through the donation of cash or bequest gifts, the fund continues to grow each year. Endowment gifts are donations of cash, property, charitable trusts or other assets contributed to the Foundation for the Long Beach Symphony’s Endowment Fund. With the principal kept intact the income from the Foundation’s investments provide a stable and vital resource for the orchestra. Earnings of the Endowment Fund for the Long Beach Symphony provide the organization the ability to plan its artistic endeavorsfrom concerts to outstanding educational and community programs for children and adultsand to maintain the high standard of artistic excellence our audience has come to expect. Your planned gift is crucial to building the symphony’s endowment. It will allow the music to live on forever. |
