The fifth annual Uncorked! took is Sunday, September 21, 2008 from 4 pm to 6 pm. Patrons relax in the ambiance of a private water-view greenbelt at Spinnaker Bay, listened to live and lively music and enjoyed delicious food and fine wines at Ovation!’s very own (and only) fundraiser for the Long Beach Symphony Orchestra.
